  Some things can’t be planned – that’s why we offer a free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival for bookings made via our homepage or when dealing directly with us by phone or e-mail. (except high season, valid on the standard rate).

  Should you have to cancel your reservation after the free cancellation deadline, don’t worry! The amount will be refunded to you in form of a credit for your next stay in our house. (redeemable within 6 months)

• Direct booker- and early bird discount

  Our special bonus for direct bookers and for those guests who book their vacation with us early on:

  • Direct booker instant discount of 5%
    (from a stay of 2 nights, except high season, valid on the standard rate)
  • Early bookers who book their stay with us at least 3 months in advance will receive an additional 5% discount.

• Longstay Deal

  You have decided to book directly and stay longer guest(s) of our Apartmenthaus Nr. 1? Of course you will be rewarded for that! As a gift you will receive 1 breakfast voucher (per person) for the bakery on the ground floor of our house as well as an additional supply of coffee capsules for your coffee machine in your room.
